I'm on a journey of losing 1/3 of my body weight. My highest weight was 142 pounds, a third of that is 47 leaving me at a final goal weight of 95 pounds. :)

I took the weekend off and now I’m behind. Level 2 is hard as fuck.
I am so very proud of myself. I just finished level 1 AND I managed to get through the whole level with no breaks - except for pauses during push ups because those are hard! Take that lunges! Take that dumbbell raises! AND I lost half an inch in my waist! Progress :)
