Project 1/3

I'm on a journey of losing 1/3 of my body weight. My highest weight was 142 pounds, a third of that is 47 leaving me at a final goal weight of 95 pounds. :)

I am so very proud of myself. I just finished level 1 AND I managed to get through the whole level with no breaks - except for pauses during push ups because those are hard! Take that lunges! Take that dumbbell raises! AND I lost half an inch in my waist! Progress :)

but hey like afterwards you feel pretty good and you might have a little trouble waking but it’s a good move and it helps build strength

Holy crap - two sessions in one day is not easy. Learnt my lesson! I did it and I’m very proud of myself for not giving up! Also, I’m going to start using MyFitnessPal again because that was very helpful and motivating. 

Going to do the 30 Day Shred level 1 twice over because I missed yesterday’s workout. Wish me luck.
