I am so very proud of myself. I just finished level 1 AND I managed to get through the whole level with no breaks - except for pauses during push ups because those are hard! Take that lunges! Take that dumbbell raises! AND I lost half an inch in my waist! Progress :)
Holy crap - two sessions in one day is not easy. Learnt my lesson! I did it and I’m very proud of myself for not giving up! Also, I’m going to start using MyFitnessPal again because that was very helpful and motivating.
