I'm on a journey of losing 1/3 of my body weight. My highest weight was 142 pounds, a third of that is 47 leaving me at a final goal weight of 95 pounds. :)

Time for a second go at this weightloss. Starting tomorrow I’m setting some strict rules - I have 43 days to lose weight and live up to my word. 

1. Must have a negative net every day. 

2. No sweets/treats/alcohol during the week. Limit on weekends. 

3. Starbucks ONCE a week. 

4. 8 glasses of water a day.

5. No eating past 8pm - in bed by 11pm. 

6. One weigh-in per week (Monday morning)

I need to go hard if I want to see results. I’m off to get water and workout. I can do this.

This week has been get-back-on-the-weightloss-train-week so next week I’m going at it hard! Minimum 8 glasses of water a day - NO EXCUSES. Minimum 60 minute workout everyday - NO EXCUSES. Maximum 900 calories per day - NO EXCUSES. I need to start seeing lower predicted weights and feeling better about myself.

I allowed myself a chocolate day hence the spike in calories - back on track tomorrow!

Predicted Weight: 118.7 - so much for doing better today. New diet starting tomorrow: 900 calories tops, exercise everyday!
