Time for a second go at this weightloss. Starting tomorrow I’m setting some strict rules - I have 43 days to lose weight and live up to my word.
1. Must have a negative net every day.
2. No sweets/treats/alcohol during the week. Limit on weekends.
3. Starbucks ONCE a week.
4. 8 glasses of water a day.
5. No eating past 8pm - in bed by 11pm.
6. One weigh-in per week (Monday morning)
I need to go hard if I want to see results. I’m off to get water and workout. I can do this.

Maximum 900 calories per day - NO EXCUSES. I need to start seeing lower predicted weights and feeling better about myself.
