I'm on a journey of losing 1/3 of my body weight. My highest weight was 142 pounds, a third of that is 47 leaving me at a final goal weight of 95 pounds. :)

Exercise: Stairs down to a beach (50 down, 50 up - maybe 5 minutes worth)
